How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide! Delivery typically takes 7β20 business days depending on your location. We work with trusted global suppliers to bring you quality pieces at accessible prices, so a little patience goes a long way β we promise it's worth the wait!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and availability may vary by location.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. What do I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially during customs processing. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, reach out to us at xoxo.lovekenzie.business@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.
My order says delivered but I didn't receive it. Help!
First, check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building management. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
Can I return intimates, swimwear, or hair accessories?
Unfortunately, no. For hygiene reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to underwear, lingerie, swimwear, hair accessories, and earrings.
How do I start a return?
Email us at xoxo.lovekenzie.business@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll get back to you within 2β7 business days with next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
